――It is a red LED alternating blinking module to add vividness and movement to the layout by incorporating the LED into the model on the layout. There are three types to suit your needs.
--COSMIC LED building lighting unit basic set (CL-110, CL-110K CL-110KII, CL-110T) is required for use.
--The blinking cycle of the emergency vehicle rotating light image (CL-11M02) is 0.2 seconds.
