-In 1983, Honda won the title of the world championship in road racing since 1967 with the NS500 with a two-stroke V-type three-cylinder, but it was already obvious that the three-cylinder lacked power.
-The following year, in 1984, a new machine equipped with a single-crank V-type 4-cylinder engine was introduced.
-A V4 engine is mounted on an aluminum frame that will later evolve into a twin spar frame, and an ambitious structure with a layout that is upside down, with a chamber above the engine and a fuel tank below, is adopted.
-The first machine of the [HondaNSR500], which embodies Honda's challenge spirit and will take the road race for the next 19 years, is finally available in the 1/12 motorcycle series.
