I looked up this guy's work, he's been sculpting for at least 15 years! Most of them aren't as elaborate as this, however.

Otherwise, I can see where the extra cost is coming from. There's a lot of details and extras, very nice if they can mass produce them.

Nicest one I've seen of saber yet and she is 250mm high so not bad

Detailed 1/6 scale for $100... sounds about right. Don't forget, 90% of that money goes towards that nice perky set of saber ta-tas.
