I disagree. Flare is putting out good work. Check out their Elin figure. This figure / character looks particularly bad.when compared to Tony's other ecchified gals. Koto's Rosalinde is just as bad...not Koto's fault either - just terrible design.

It looks like FLARE >> Arcadia >> Yamato. In response to concerns about quality, Yamato had issues early on but their latter figures are top notch.
