- E231 - 0 series was introduced in 10 - car train on commuter train which started commercial operation in Central and Sobu Safety Line in 2000.
- Although it was active in long-term central · Sobu gentle line, it was transferred to Kawagoe / Hachiaki line in 2017, 4-car formation and equipment update were carried out and the band color was changed to 3000 number.

[Actual vehicle guide]
- E231 - 0 series was introduced in 10 - car train on commuter train which started commercial operation in Central and Sobu Safety Line in 2000.
- It was transferred to the Musashino line, Kawagoe / Hachiaki line in 2017, the Musashino line was organized into 8 cars, the Kawagoe / Hachimaku line was organized into 4 cars, the device color was also changed and the band color was also changed.
