[Real car guide]
-The EF65 appeared in 1965 as the standard form of JNR DC electric locomotives, and the P-type 500s were mainly used for towing blue trains, but were changed to the PF-type 1000s. The Blue Train on the Tokaido Line sparked the bull train boom and attracted the attention of many fans. Unit 501 is still active on JR East event trains.
-The EF65-1000 type is a DC type electric locomotive that appeared in 1969 based on the EF65-500 type. The same shape has a full-fledged cold-resistant and snow-resistant structure in addition to various braking devices for high-speed trains, a cascading control system, etc., and has a highly complete design with limited towing trains and regions. The car body has a through door on the front in consideration of continuous operation, so the impression is very different from the conventional EF65 type.
-The product reproduces the gray color of H rubber around 1997 belonging to the Tabata driving station of JR East.
