- The construction was a major undertaking at a cost of 36 billion yen, at a time when Hankyu Corporation's capital was 2.8 billion yen.
- The central character in this story is Yonezo Kobayashi, the president of Hankyu Corporation at the time.
- He is the son of Ichizo Kobayashi, the founder of Hankyu Corporation, and the person who made the decision to relocate Umeda Station.
- This work includes materials from Hankyu Corporation and the [Ikeda Bunko] operated by the Hankyu Cultural Foundation, a public interest incorporated foundation, and footage from Bicom Shinsatsu to explore the life of Yonezo Kobayashi, the changes in the former Osaka Umeda Station, and the current Osaka Umeda Station. This is a documentary that unravels the history of the station.
