Locally, ecchi figures are a toss up in pricing. If they ever hit the bargain bin, they're usually quite obscure, from an unknown manufacturer, and past its prime. I recently stumbled on this one along with other Skytubes and the price has not budged from ~$150.
These stay hot for a while and after years will remain warm and attract dudes who will dish out that kind of money. Whilst, vanilla figures from every and any anime fall out of favor a year or two after its initial release.
