[actual car]
- Since 1982, the 203 series was introduced on the Joban Local Line, and many 103 series 1000s that had been active until then became redundant.
- Some vehicles were diverted to the Joban Rapid Line, and the 103 series 0 of the Joban Rapid Line was diverted to the Musashino Line etc.
- Most of the vehicles were active and outstanding in emerald green.
- In addition, the 1000th generation diverted to the Joban Rapid Line was remodeled as it was mixed with the 0th generation Kuha.
- The feature is that a white belt was put under the number to distinguish the modified vehicle.
-This includes Kuha 103-188, which is the only first improved car in the Kanto region, and has become a hot topic among fans.
