I was wondering if she's going to lean one day. I have her at home but haven't unboxed yet.

Figure itself is great. But one bad thing I can say about it is that with the generic flat stand, it can easily tip over from it's weight, even on a flat surface. It probably wouldn't have happened if they make it face the opposite direction to balance it out. So the only way to really make it stand firmly is to use the staircase-shaped stand, which takes up a bit more room, and that's fine...if it didn't make her look like she's about to fall down the stairs.

What kind of base is that? She's one step away from falling to her death...

And the little Upa is so nice. I've already got mine and love her!

She comes with a little Upa to put on the stairs base.

I have mixed feelings about this figure. While I agree that the figure is beautiful, I just can't call her face "cute" at all. Even when she's not making a cute pose/face, I always found her to be cute in the anime. I wonder why I don't feel that way about this figure at all...

I didn't even watch past the first episode of Steins;Gate and I want this. I think the pose has good flow and looks graceful. I have yet to see another figure that I found so simply beautiful with this kind of pose other than Kotobukiya's Senjougahara.

Pose not fitting? i find that the flowing pose of hers gives it life. at least they didnt rip some box art off and use that as a pose. they got creative with this and thats what i like.

If she was smiling or something, then you can say shes out of character, but shes not.

overall, this figure fits my image of Kurisu quite perfectly. they also got huke's style of drawing down pretty well too. very faithful to the original.

I hate to be "that guy" but her name is spelled incorrectly here.. it's Makise Kurisu :(
That being said, this figure is the nicest I've seen of her, very simple but very close attention to detail at the same time :3.
