To Common Sense:

You are not the only one with common sense. Anyone would have thought of that. Informed both. No help from both companies (ok Hobby Search pretends to help, bottomline is no result); also, I bought another item made by another company but from Hobby Search , same deal, bad quality. I wonder about Hobby Search's stock....

If there were damages to the product package, then its the shops problem.
But if there was damage to the product inside, thats a problem from the manufacturer.
You should be complaining to Bandai's quality control, not the shop.
