- The No. 11 car, KuHa E217, is distinguished by the small amount of cut-out area.
- The No. 1 car and the No. 1 additional car, KuHa E216, have a large cut-out and an inspection cover on the right-hand side.
- The No. 4 car, KuHa E217, has a large cut-out and an inspection cover on the left side.
