--Select the quantity of the product to be used according to the current collection method, bogie vehicle, vehicle length and specifications.

* Please check the condition of the vehicle before using this product. Replace deteriorated traction tires.
* The current collection method for HO / No. 16 motor vehicles differs depending on the manufacturer and vehicle. Be sure to check the current collection method of the vehicle (Example 1 • 2) before use.
-Example 1: Generally, plastic vehicles have the same double-axis current collector as N gauge vehicles.
-Example 2: Generally, brass vehicles have a single-axis current collector. Bogie vehicles may be divided into drive trolleys and current collector trolleys. Please be sure to check before use.
* This product cleans the drive wheels powered by power. The dirt on the non-driving wheels cannot be removed.
* Some product images are painted on prototypes. It is different from mass-produced products.

[how to use]
--Connect the feeder cable from the rail to the power pack with the power turned off.
--Align the left and right rails with the rail guide groove at the bottom of the foil cleaner body.
--Set the product so that the metal part on the underside of the brush touches the rail.
--Place the vehicle so that the wheels touch the left and right brushes. Be careful not to let any metal other than the wheels touch the brush.
――Turn on the power of the power pack, slowly turn the speed control knob to increase the voltage, and the vehicle will start moving on the brush. When it starts to move, stop the movement of the vehicle with your finger and let the wheel spin while touching the brush, and the brush effect will remove the dirt on the wheel. Normally, check the condition of the wheels in about 5 seconds. If the dirt is not removed, repeat the work.

[Note]
--If you do not know the current collection method, please check with a tester or contact the HO vehicle manufacturer.
--Be careful not to short the left and right brass brushes (hereinafter referred to as "brushes") with a conductive material such as metal. A short circuit may cause serious trouble to the foil cleaner and the vehicle.
--If the bogie frame or steam locomotive rod is made of metal, it may come in contact with the brush and cause a short circuit. Apply masking tape to the dolly frame and treat it so that the brush does not come into contact with anything other than the wheels. If a short circuit occurs, stop the work immediately and eliminate the cause.
――The wheels rotate by power to remove dirt. Only the powered wheels are cleaned. The dirt on the non-driving wheels cannot be removed.
――It does not correspond to vehicles whose wheels are not movable by power, such as steam locomotive tenders, passenger cars, and intermediate cars.
--In the case of steam locomotives, some vehicles collect current from the wheels of the tender. Select the quantity of this product according to the current collection method, vehicle length, and specifications of each vehicle.
--Be sure to check the wheels for dirt before cleaning.
--It is recommended to use a power pack with a protection circuit.
--Continuous use for a long time will damage the motor of the motor vehicle. Also, do not leave the vehicle on the brush while it is energized.
--No need to apply cleaner liquid to the brush. Please note that the product may be defective due to the application.
――The cleaning effect varies depending on various situations. If you do not see any effect after using this product, please consider other methods.
--Deteriorated traction tires may break due to the use of this product. Be sure to check the condition of the wheels before starting work, replace parts if they are deteriorated, or use them when the traction tires are removed.
