-The Tokyo Metropolitan Bureau of Transportation started manufacturing the 6500 series, which will be operated on the Toei Mita Line, in 2020, and started operation on May 14, 2022.
- It is the first new train in 22 years since the Toei Mita Line's 6300 series, and it is planned to replace the 6300 series at any time.
- The Mita Line starts at Meguro and ends at Nishi-Takashimadaira with a car stop, but most trains run on the Tokyu Meguro Line and connect to Musashi-Kosugi and Hiyoshi on the Tokyu Line.

- This work is a round-trip observation that runs in a north-south bow from Nishitakashimadaira, located in the northwestern part of Tokyo's 23 wards, to Hiyoshi, Kohoku Ward, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, via Otemachi and Hibiya in central Tokyo.
- The outbound route runs on an elevated line from the first train at each stop, Nishi-Takashimadaira (the Mita Line has the longest above-ground section among the Toei Mita Lines).
- All stations are equipped with a platform gate system as a security device.
- Enter the underground section from Shimurazakaue.
- Shirokane-Takanawa and Shirokanedai are stations owned by Tokyo Metro, and you can see the differences in tunnels and platforms.
- From Meguro, the crew will change to Tokyu and switch from automatic to manual.
- The Tokyu Meguro Line section goes back and forth between the tunnel and the ground section several times before crossing the Tama River and arriving at the terminal Hiyoshi.
- After arriving at Hiyoshi, enter the lead-in line and see the track of the Tokyu Shin-Yokohama Line scheduled to open in 2023.
- On the return trip, take the same route and turn back to Nishi-Takashimadaira.
