Product Description

──The red 9000 series, which continues to be active on the Tamako Line, and the 10-car train from the Ikebukuro Line era

-Since 1993, the Seibu Series 9000 has been manufactured as a renewed car body of the Series 101, with a total of 80 cars of eight 10-car trains.
- The body is almost the same as the new 2000 series except for slight differences in specifications.
-The running equipment was composed of reused electrical equipment from the 101 series, but from 2004 to 2007, all formations were updated from the resistance control method to the VVVF inverter control method.
- In addition, from around 2013 to around February 2014, the door pocket windows of all trains were closed, and the shape changed, and the ventilator on the roof was removed after that.
- The 9103 formation [RED LUCKY TRAIN] was active on the Ikebukuro Line system from July 2014 to November 2020 as a red train that carries good luck.
