[Actual vehicle guide]
- A total of 160 cars were manufactured between 1982 and 1987, and the 8000 Series is an active vehicle with an ivory white body color that has been loved by fans for a long time. The body is made of steel, and the front part has a skeleton structure with a through door. Curved glass is used, including the through door, and it has a design with little unevenness and a sense of unity. From the debut to the present, the body has been updated such as one-handle operation, bucket seats, VVVF inverter, single-arm pantograph, and LED display.
-In this commercialization, the appearance after the body update around 2007 is reproduced in a 6-car train.
