- The 313 series 3100 series is an expanded version of the 3000 series that is active in the Shizuoka area, and is a group of semi-cross seat vehicles equipped with a power generation brake for operation on local lines.
- Features that differ from the 3000 series include LED/HID headlights and full-color LED destination display.
- In addition to the Tokaido Main Line between Atami and Toyohashi, it is also used on the Gotemba Line and Minobu Line, and in addition to operating alone, it is also operated in conjunction with other 313 series and 211 series.
- This product can be enjoyed along with the 211 series 5000 series, 5600 series, and 313 series 8000 series, which are scheduled to be released at the same time.
