- The E131 series is a DC commuter train that can be operated as a single-man operation with as few as two cars depending on the demand of the line.
- From 2021 onwards, new trains will be introduced in the Boso region, Sagami Line, and Utsunomiya-Nikko Line.

- Introducing a sound card for the E131 series, which has been introduced on various train lines in the Kanto region in recent years.
- Includes control device sounds unique to newly manufactured vehicles and door opening and closing sounds that differ for each line.
- This product is a [sound synchronization] type in which the vehicle speed changes according to the acceleration and deceleration of the sound, but it is equipped with a [synchronization setting save] function program. Once you set it to controller priority mode, the mode will be maintained unless you cancel it, so even those who are just starting to drive using a sound box can easily enjoy it.

- Realistic sound brings out the compact E131 series train configuration to the fullest, providing a realistic driving experience.
- Recorded running sounds controlled by VVVF. Experience electric brakes and brake squeals that sound right up until the train is about to stop with a model train.
- Different door opening and closing sounds for the 0 series, 600 series (Boso area, Utsunomiya and Nikko lines) and 500 series (Sagami line)
- Function button (1) includes the optional horn that is installed on the 1000 series of real vehicles.
- Two types of boarding and alighting prompt sounds can be played by pressing the function button (4)
- Sound-synchronized cards allow you to accelerate/decelerate in sync with the sound of the car, giving you the feeling of driving a real car.
- Equipped with a [Save Tuning Settings] function that remembers the previous tuning mode when the sound box is turned off and maintains the settings the next time it is turned on
