--Celebrating 40 years since the line opened, Tomix has relaunched its old passenger cars in Tarumi Railway colors!

[Actual vehicle guide]
- When the Tarumi Railway first opened, they purchased two Ohafu 33 series cars for rush hour transportation and operated them as Ohafu 500 series cars.
- This model was originally painted in the same blue base with white and red stripes as the Tarumi Railway diesel cars, but was later changed to a burgundy color with red stripes.
- Two more cars were added in 1989, but all were retired by 1992.
- The third TDE10 was transferred from the Kinuura Rinkai Railway, but was scrapped in 1992 to replace the third TDE11.

- Of the Ohafu 500 series, the 502 has a gabled roof with a tapered shape toward the end of the car, reproduced by a new production
- The conductor's compartment side of the Ohafu 500 series is newly reproduced with the hood frame removed and a fence installed.

[About the TDE10 model]
- Reproduces the appearance of the company's crest and name on the side of the cab, with paint close to the JNR color
- H-rubber and bonnet connection rubber are reproduced in gray
- Car number, company logo and company name are printed on the side
- The front number plate is included as a separate part [TDE10-1, 2, 3]
- See-through driver's seat
- Headlights are equipped with a constant light board
- Headlights are lit by incandescent LEDs
- Flywheel-equipped power unit, black bogie frame, black wheels
- Dummy coupler and self-coupling TN coupler included
- Uses M-13 motor
- Auxiliary weight included

[About the OhaFu 500 series]
- Newly produced Ohafu 501 with a mushroom-shaped gable and Ohafu 502 with a gable and tapered roof edge
- One side of the Ohafu 501 and 502 has no hood and the underside of the passageway is blocked off, recreated by a new production.
- Car number and company logo are printed
- End beam parts and dummy coupler included
- Tail lights are equipped with a constant light board and an ON-OFF switch (conductor's side only)
- New current collection system, black wheels
