[Product Introduction]
The EF81 was introduced in 1968 as a dual-purpose locomotive capable of pulling both passenger and freight trains.
The No. 95 locomotive was repainted in 1987 as a towing vehicle for the Joyful Train [Super Express Rainbow], and is characterized by its vivid cherry red paint and the large `EF81` logo on the side of the car body.
Even after the retirement of the Super Express Rainbow, this locomotive has retained its rainbow livery and is currently used to pull the Cassiopeia Cruise, a train exclusively for group tours.
A long-awaited addition to KATO's EF81 series.
We will be releasing the No. 95 locomotive separately, which features a large [EF81] logo painted in different designs on both sides.
It is ideal as a locomotive for the 10-2112/2114 E26 series [Cassiopeia Cruise]/[Cassiopeia], which are scheduled to be released at the same time.

[Product Features]
This is a product of the EF81 No. 95, which was produced around 2016 when regular Cassiopeia service ended.
The [EF81] logo is reproduced with different fonts and angles on the sea side and mountain side.
Reproduces the appearance of the EF81 logo not painted on the side glass
The front wiper and side vertical bars are silver, and the H-rubber is black.
