Product Description

An 8-axle large cargo towing vehicle that supports the distribution of goods in the Tsugaru Straits. The new model without the JRF mark reproduces the latest form with the bottom of the body and the skirt in the same color.

[Product Introduction]
- JR Freight's EH800 is the first AC electric locomotive since the transition to JR, replacing the ED79 and EH500, which could no longer be operated on the Tsugaru Kaikyo Line due to the opening of the Hokkaido Shinkansen between Shin-Aomori and Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto.
- The LCX antenna of the train radio system, the same as that of the Shinkansen, is installed, and the two end car bodies are equipped with LCX antennas, which gives the train a unique bulge.
- In addition to pulling freight trains between Higashi-Aomori and Goryokaku, it also pulled the group-only train "Cassiopea Cruise" from June 2016 to February 2017.
- For vehicles that have undergone general inspections since 2022, the JRF markings on the sides have been removed, the paint on the running equipment has been changed, and the undercarriage has been repainted dark gray.
- A new lineup is now available that allows you to enjoy the EH800 AC electric locomotive, which is mainly used in the Seikan Tunnel, in its current specifications, including the removal of the JRF markings.
- We will also be reproducing the specifications before the JRF markings were removed, which were also used to tow the Cassiopeia Cruise.

- Beautifully reproduces the silver paintwork, which expresses the sense of speed of the Shinkansen, on the red body of the train, and the white line that represents the image of the train connecting Honshu and Hokkaido.
- Handrails, release lever, signal flare, electrostatic antenna, train radio antenna, and whistle cover already installed
- Flywheel-mounted power unit enables stable running
- Headlights turn on (using warm white LED)
- Selectable number plates [5, 8, 14, 19]. Manufacturer nameplate is printed with [Toshiba]. Safety device notation is [PF][SF][Ps][C]
- Arnold coupler standard equipment. Replacement knuckle coupler included
