shipped in a sealed vacuum bag, although it seem to un-vacuum itself after i put it aside after 2-3 weeks. its nice and firm , but not too firm. its a very fluffy and full pillow.

the materials that was used seem pretty durable and decent quality. too bad it doesnt include kagami in it as well =(. the coloring is very pronounced and stands out.

very good, at the moment im deciding if i should get the kagami cushion or the k-on cushion @_@..
