[Product introduction]
- The Yo 8000 was introduced in 1975 and was active in the final stages of JNR. It was connected to a freight train and played an active part in the whole country.
- The main notation other than the car number will be printed and released.

- This product will be reproduced.
- The coupler specification will be changed from 7-601 KATO coupler set specification to a coupler equivalent to EF65 etc. (a type that does not use a coupler spring).
- There are no other changes from the conventional product.
*There will be no specification changes in the 2023 reproduction.

[Product Features]
- Illuminated tail light with anti-flicker circuit.
- Beautifully reproduce the characteristics of the steel plate and the black body paint color.
- Faithfully reproduce the details of the underfloor, such as brake levers and steps.
- Selectable vehicle number and affiliation notation (lettering sheet).
- Uses black wheels to tighten the suspension.
- It is possible to install an optional HO gauge interior light set.
