-The Jagdtiger is a heavy tank destroyer that was developed almost at the same time as the German heavy tank Tiger II, which was said to be the strongest tank in World War II.
-Based on the Tiger II chassis, the overall length was extended, and there was a fixed combat room equipped with the 55-caliber 12.8 cm tank gun that was planned to be installed in the super heavy tank mouse.
-The Jagdtiger, whose development was started in 1943, completed the mockup in October 1943.
-In February 1944, the first production model was completed.
-The engine is equipped with a Maybach V-12 gasoline engine in the rear.
-The suspension was equipped with the same torsion bar suspension as the Tiger II tank.
-The body has strong armor of 250 mm on the front and 80 mm on the side, and the power of the 12.8 cm cannon is also added, struggling against the Allied forces.
-He was active in the Battle of the Ardennes and in the Battle of Remagen Bridge.
