- In 1942, the British army began developing self-propelled gun archers carrying 17 pound guns to counter German tanks to be heavily armored.
- The existing Valentine infantry tank was chosen as a remodeling base as a linkage until a full-blown antitank car was deployed.
- It is a big feature that it extends the body of Valentine 's body and reverses back and forth to mount a long hand gun on a small car body.
- The car which began production from April 1944 penetrated the armor of 192 mm (in case of high-speed armor bomb) at a distance of about 900 m, and showed great work as a trump card for the German tank.
