All I can say is that the producer did a horrific job of packaging this figure. They included next to no packing materials, so the figure was bouncing around in an empty box. The firgure was seriously damaged with bits and pieces broken off. A later PVC figure was packaged normally, so hopefully they learned their lesson. However, I'd advise people to be cautious about buying this figure without at least examining it first, unless you're ready to risk getting a damaged, expensive figure.

I believe it is cast off according to their site.. doesn't make sense to me though why they released her for pre-order without having her ready yet
