- The PL-01 is a Polish armored fighting vehicle and the world's first [stealth tank] manufactured by OBRUM (Mechanical Equipment Development and Research Center) in partnership with BAE Systems.
- Plans for a prototype vehicle were revealed for the first time at the International Defense Industry Exhibition in Kielce in September 2013.
- The body of the PL-01 is based on the CV90, with a crew of three (commander, driver, gunner) and four soldiers in the rear of the vehicle.
- The PL-01's primary armament is a 105mm or 120mm caliber cannon mounted in an unmanned turret, capable of firing both conventional ammunition and anti-tank guided missiles.
- The PL-01's entire vehicle is said to be covered in radio-absorbing materials, capable of regulating the temperature of its armored surfaces and fooling enemy thermal sensors, and equipped with an exhaust cooling system.
- As of 2013, mass production was scheduled to start in 2018.
- Its futuristic form makes it an interesting kit to try side by side with 1/35 scale sci-fi vehicles and figures.
