-Delivered to KML Royal Dutch Airlines in 1939, but crashed and lost, and KML canceled the order after the outbreak of World War II.
-Delivered to Pan American Airlines and Transworld Airlines in 1940.
-Transworld Airlines purchased six aircraft and operated them across the Americas.
-When the United States entered World War II in 1941, the aircraft was recruited by the military and used for military transport.
-After the war, it was returned and used again for passenger transportation until 1970.
