[Real car guide]
-Type Kiha 40-1700 is a vehicle that has been extended life measures to type Kiha 40-700, a one-man remodeled vehicle for severe cold areas, and it was added 1000 to the original car number
-Remodeled Kiha 40-1700 4 cars for use in the Kiha 40 [Grace of Hokkaido] series in 2018, and are now operating around Hokkaido with exteriors that image the characteristics of each area in northern Hokkaido, northeastern Hokkaido, southern Hokkaido and central Hokkaido
-Kiha 40-1720 for [Dohoku drift ice blessing] belongs to Asahikawa Driving Station and operates mainly in the Dohoku area.
