--With the advent of the E235 series, the E231-500 series, which was previously operated on the Yamanote line, has been transferred to the Chuo and Sobu line stations, and a part of the E231-0 series has been shortened to 8 cars on the Musashino line. It is now in service.
--Even after the transfer of the E231-500 series is completed, some E231-0 series will continue to be used, and at the same time, the number of electric cars will be increased from 4 to 6 out of 10 cars. Was done.
--The Saha E231-0 and Saha E230-0, which were surplus due to a series of diversions and rearrangements, were sent to the Nagano General Rolling Stock Center.
