── 189 Series Tamachi Rolling Stock Center

--At the Tamachi Rolling Stock Center, 189 series was placed as a replacement for 167 series, which was conventionally used for wave transportation, and it was composed of 4 cars up to 10 cars and used for wave transportation in the Kanto area.

[Actual vehicle guide]
--The 189 series was installed at the Tamachi Rolling Stock Center of JR East and was used for wave transportation in the Kanto area.
――The 10-car train was mainly used for the intensive special train and the night train [Moonlight Nagara 91/92].
――Some trains were transferred to the Omiya General Rolling Stock Center, shortened trains and rearranged cars, and were used at the Toyoda Rolling Stock Center until 2018.
