[Product introduction]
-The ALC-42 is Amtrak's state-of-the-art diesel locomotive for long-distance passengers manufactured by Siemens, which has been in operation since the summer of 2021. 75 cars are planned to be added.
-Engine that complies with exhaust gas regulations, energy efficiency and high-speed performance that incorporates the know-how of European railways, and is nicknamed "Charger".
-The painting called Phase VII, which has been adopted from the 2022 expansion vehicle, features a blue paint on the rear of the car body.
- Great for superliner towing machines.
- Combined with existing ALC-42, it is possible to reproduce passenger trains unique to the United States, such as tandem operation with locomotives with different coloring.
