[About the actual machine]
- Developed by American Boeing.
- Successful first flight in 1961.
- Since then, it has been adopted around the world and is a masterpiece helicopter that is operated in more than 20 countries.
- The engine is equipped with two T-55-K712 turboshaft engines.
- Adopts a tandem arrangement with three rotor blades arranged at the front and rear of the aircraft.
- The entire fuselage has a square box-shaped design, and when the rear hatch is open, it becomes a slope-like platform that vehicles can use to enter and exit on their own.
- The large fuselage can carry up to 55 people when carrying only personnel.
- It is also possible to suspend and transport vehicles and guns by connecting ropes to the hooks at the bottom of the aircraft.
- Its high transport capacity allows it to be used for many purposes, and it is operated in many countries.
- Among the many variation types, the CH-47J is operated by the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force, which has been deployed since 1984, and the CH-47JA type, which added GPS and weather radar, appeared in 1995.

- The heavy finish and sharp details that combine parts such as die-cast and ABS are attractive.
- Not only its form but also the details are realistically modeled with a total length of approximately 40cm and a torso length of approximately 20cm.
- Also, the lamp at the rear of the fuselage can be opened and closed.
- The inside of the fuselage is also well reproduced.
- Furthermore, the cockpit that can be seen from the canopy also fully expresses the atmosphere.
- In addition, the engine is also reproduced, giving it a mechanical finish.
- The markings on this model reproduce the aircraft of the 103rd Squadron of the 1st Helicopter Group of the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force Kisarazu Garrison.
- Also included is a window box with a background board and a painted resin base that resembles the inside of a hangar.
