- From the late 1970s to the early 1980s, the Porsche 935 was a racing car that dominated the touring car racing scene around the world and was developed based on the 930 series, the second generation of the 911.
- Equipped with wide fenders, a front air dam, and a huge rear spoiler, the 911's characteristic frog eyes (headlights shaped like frogs) have been removed and embedded in the front bumper, and the car has focused on the 24 Hours of Le Mans. There are various variations such as the 935/78 type, which is called ``Moby Dick'' because of its unique form that extends the rear of the car body and increases running stability at ultra-high speeds.
- Hot Wheels' motif is the second generation 935, which was announced in 2018 as a tribute to the 40th anniversary of the 935/78.
- The car is based on the GT2RS, the most powerful version of the 7th generation 911 (991 type), with the exterior redesigned to look like a 935/78 while keeping the same mechanism.
