[About the actual vehicle]
-Since the first type was formalized in 1981, the American M1 Abrams tank remains the most powerful tank in the world. Various improvements have been made not only to its armor and firepower, but also to its electronic equipment, which have been expanded and improved, strengthening coordination with infantry units, units, and headquarters, and increasing attack power.
- Among them, the M1A2 type began mass production in 1992.
- It was a type that could be said to be characterized by being a tank compatible with the new era, such as being equipped with a vehicle-to-vehicle information system.
