- Hex bolts and nuts are very common and familiar parts in everyday life.
- It is used in all types of models, from scale models to railways, but it is extremely difficult to process it in extremely small sizes for models, and it seems that it has not reached the level required by customers.
- A hexagonal nut designed with the same standards as the interlocking hexagonal bolt head (nickel silver).
- The connecting part is made into an ultra-thin hollow shape, so it can be separated by simply placing a knife on it and turning it lightly.
- To cut, simply insert a drill of your choice, place a sharp knife on the cracked part, and gently rotate the product.
- The remaining part can be cut with a knife, lightly sanded, or used as a protrusion for insertion, depending on the user's usage method.
- The width of the connecting part is 0.5mm due to processing reasons (it cannot be too deep as it is hollow).
- You can easily use design knives and general cutter knife blades.
- There are 3 sizes, but they have the same dimensions as nickel silver hexagonal bolts, so they can be used in combination.
- The shaft on the bolt side and the hole on the nut side have a margin of 0.1mm, so even some burrs can pass through.
