- The Aero Ae-45 is a twin-engine reciprocating engine civilian multi-purpose aircraft that first flew in 1947.
- This was the first highly successful aircraft built in Czechoslovakia after the war, with many of the 590 built being exported.
- This aircraft was introduced by the Czechoslovak army as the K-75, and in the late 1950s an improved model Ae-45S with high-performance navigation equipment was manufactured, and in the early 1960s the engine was replaced with a supercharged Avia M333. Ae-145, which was converted to Ae-145, was manufactured.
