- The product is based on the time of completion in November 1944, and was made into a three-dimensional model using a completely new design and new mold in 2017.
- Planned aircraft types are included.
- The ship's bottom and hull parts are separated at the waterline, allowing the production of both offshore and full hull models.
- In real life, the Yamato and Musashi are sister ships, but in order to express the differences, no parts are shared but unique parts are used.

- The hull is divided into left and right sections, and the layout around the bow bellmouth has been accurately reproduced.
- The anti-submarine camouflage paint on the sides of the ship is recreated using separate colored plastic parts and a highly conformable sealant in some areas.
- The portholes lined up on the sides of the ship are intricately carved to reproduce the different shapes of blocked and unblocked ports.
- The bottom of the ship has a different bulge shape than Yamato.
- There are two types of rudders: a round shape similar to that of the Yamato in the conventional theory, and a round shape similar to that of the aircraft carrier Taiho that has been said in recent years.

- The shape of the funnel and the structure near the rear short boat deck have been recreated in three dimensions based on recent documents and research.
- By selecting the installation method of these parts, you can finish it as an offshore model/full hull model. The anti-aircraft gun mount has a strip pattern, and the hangar walls have monkey ladders, giving the surface a high-density appearance with intricate carvings, which can easily become monotonous.
- Four types of aircraft are included: [Shiden Kai], [Ryusei], [Saiun] and [Ohka].
- The Shiden Kai is reproduced in two colors: the standard dark green and the orange color of the prototype Shiden Kai Ni.
- The Ryusei, Saiun, and Shiden Kai models have legs that are molded as a single piece, with separate, intricately sculpted leg parts also available.
- The retractable radio antenna support can be folded down, allowing you to recreate the appearance of the aircraft taking off.
- The included stickers include anti-submarine camouflage for both sides and the white lines of the flight deck, allowing you to express color without painting.
- In addition to the stickers, decals are included for painting purposes, featuring the white lines of the flight deck and the Japanese flag of the aircraft on board.
- Bonus items include adhesive-type [horizontal binoculars] and [machine gun ammunition box], parts for detailed finishing.

- The delicate fittings of the ships, which cannot be expressed with injection parts, are reproduced with etching parts.
