[About the actual car]
- This vehicle is a 35-ton bogie mover manufactured by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Mihara Works in 1969 for use in shunting operations at a chemical plant adjacent to Uozu Station on the Hokuriku Line.
- In the 1990s, it was moved to a chemical factory adjacent to Annaka Station on the Shinetsu Line, where it remained until recently.

[About the model]
- This is a paper kit that is mainly made up of laser-cut hard paper.
- It is fitted with a bogie frame similar to the company's single-bogie mover.
- Reproduces the front and rear symmetrical bonnet and the distinctive raised headlights at the ends of the car.
- Etched details include delicate handrails and release levers, radiator grille and headlight pillars, as well as side window frames and number plate.
- Masking sheets for painting the body stripes are included.
