Product Description
[About the actual car]
This is a model of the trains that ran on the Musashino Railway Main Line (now the Seibu Ikebukuro Line), which opened between Ikebukuro and Hanno in 1915 and was in operation from the Taisho era to the pre-war Showa era.
When the company electrified the Ikebukuro-Tokorozawa section in 1922, it manufactured new passenger electric cars, DeHa 100 and SaHa 105, and a combined passenger and freight car, SaHaNi 110.
To accommodate the subsequent increase in passenger numbers and service, Deha 130/310 trains were added between 1925 and 1926.
Afterwards, along with copper cars such as Deha 5560, it supported the Musashino Railway Line in the prewar period, and was in service on the main line until around 1956.
It was then transferred to a local private railway and disappeared.
It appears that the transferee had converted the body to steel by around 1962.
