Product Description

The P-2 is an anti-submarine patrol aircraft developed in the United States, and its nickname in the U.S. military is "Neptune."
The P2V-7 was a performance-enhancing model with a changed engine. Japan was provided with 16 aircraft in 1955, and in 1957 Kawasaki Aircraft decided to produce them under license, with production continuing until 1965.

This model reproduces the aircraft that participated in Operation Deep Freeze, equipped with skis on its legs.
The kit is a re-release of a kit released by Revell in 1960.
