X-ART pursues the highest printing quality and pays meticulous attention to detail in its product creation. However, due to the nature of printers, slight black dots may occasionally appear on the products.
Black dots smaller than 1mm that appear on areas other than a character's skin are considered within the product specifications. Additionally, due to the special printing material used for Holographic art and the characteristics of the printer, fine lines caused by rollers or other factors during printing may occur in rare cases.
