─ Old diesel train Kintaro paint that suits SL!

[Actual vehicle]
- Ministry of Railways Kiha 42000 type is a diesel train equipped with a gasoline engine manufactured from 1935.
- It was designed to be larger, lighter, and more powerful than its predecessor, achieving high-speed performance comparable to express trains pulled by steam locomotives, and laying the foundation for the later development of diesel trains.
- After the war, it was replaced with a safer diesel engine and was renumbered to the Kiha 42500 type, and as a result of paint changes and unique modifications for each region, there were various variations.
- This product is a 1960s model of the pre-war Kiha 42500, which was characterized by a car body with many rivets and a separate headlight, after the format was changed (to the Kiha 07 type), and after the familiar vermillion and cream color became the standard color for diesel cars. The prototype is a vehicle in which the passenger door has been replaced with a steel one.
- Kiha 07 10 was a vehicle that was active on the Kisuki Line, and the front painting was painted in an arc [Kintaro lacquer].
- Kiha 07 29 was a vehicle that was active on the Iiyama Line, and had a simple paint job with cream and vermilion painted under the windows.
