── Minority of Chikuhi Line! stylish 303 series

[actual car]
- Series 303 is a commuter train manufactured for direct access to the Chikuhi Line and Fukuoka Municipal Subway.
- Three trains were manufactured from 1999 to 2002 for the increase in frequency accompanying the double track between Shimoyamamon and Chikuzen Maebaru.
- The stainless steel body with four doors on one side is accented with black on the front and red on the forehead and passenger doors.
- After the privatization of JNR, it is the first DC train manufactured by JR Kyushu, and automatic operation is possible by installing ATO on the subway line.
- In addition, energy-saving operation is possible by adopting an IGBT-VVVF inverter control device.
- The interior of the car is a calm gray tone with all long seats, and a toilet was installed in Kuha 303 in 2003.
- It continues to be active as of 2023 while undergoing modifications such as installing platform door equipment.
