[Type 98 armored carrier Soda]
- An armored transport vehicle used by the Imperial Army in World War II.
- Mainly used on the Burma front.
- It was developed based on the Type 97 light armored vehicle (Teke) as a vehicle for transporting ammunition on the front lines, and has a structure in which the engine is placed in the front of the vehicle body, which was considered for the Teke vehicle.
- There was an open-top armored cargo compartment at the rear of the vehicle, which could hold approximately 1 ton of cargo.
