- The M4 Medium Tank is a 30-ton medium tank developed and manufactured in the United States during World War II, boasting high mobility and firepower.
- The M4A3E8 was the final model of the M4 series used by the US military after the Battle of the Bulge. 2,539 were produced between August 1944 and September 1945.
- After the war, they were also provided to the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force and other pro-American nations, such as other NATO countries.
