The design was inspired by a small two-story store with a restaurant on the first floor, which is common in urban and suburban areas.
[Fuji Soba] is a stand-up soba and udon restaurant chain operated by the Daitan Group.
The company has over 100 stores, mainly located in front of stations in Tokyo's 23 wards.
In addition to noodles, the menu also includes rice bowls such as katsudon.

The color of the building's facade and walls is expressed using black molding and printing.
