Product Description

Completely new mold
The Spitfire Mk.IX was a mass-produced model that was modified to compete with the German Fw190A, which had better performance than the conventional Spitfire, and included modifications such as the installation of a new Merlin engine.
The E-type wing-mounted aircraft, equipped with two 20mm cannons and two 12.7mm machine guns, has been precisely reproduced using a completely new mold by 3D scanning an existing aircraft.

- Rivets and other delicate details are engraved on the entire fuselage
-The engine cowling is reproduced using a slide mold.
- A specification with truncated wing tips is also available.
- Includes three types of decals, including those of No. 43 Squadron of the Royal Air Force, and those used by Denmark and Belgium after the war.
