- The Hungarian army who had deployed Turdy light tanks before the Second World War sought more authentic tanks.
- We decided to produce licensed T-21, an enlarged version of the Czech 35 (t) light tank.
- As the production was changed, the design of each part was changed, the main gun was changed to a domestically produced 40mm cannon, etc, so production type delivery was made in 1942.
- After the invasion of the Soviet Union, the lack of power of the 40 mm cannon was acutely aware and a 75 mm cannon mounted type was developed.
- The size of the turret became larger and equipped with a 75 mm gun, production began in 1943.
- Punching board skirt is attached in the second half of the war.
