--Adopted with Lockheed's proposal in 1986, and development started.
--Adopted an aircraft design that emphasizes stealth performance.

――Two prototypes were manufactured, but the first engine was equipped with Pratt & Whitney, and the second engine was equipped with two General Electric engines.
